Description Accountable for, but not limited to: - Embracing and representing the FLL Core Values in all situations; We are Fun We are Willing to do whatever is needed We have the Durability to consistently meet expectations We are Effective at driving results We are Genuine We’re here to serve others with Selfless leadership - Works with the Executive Chef to execute the Breakfast Camp and Lunch Ride programs - Set up and stock kitchen station with all necessary supplies and equipment - Prepare food for breakfast camp and lunch ride (e.g. chopping vegetables, prep eggs, coffee, juice, etc.) - Facilitate authentic guest experience for offsite dining - Assist with other kitchen projects and prep work as needed - Daily setup, maintain and tear down breakfast camp and lunch ride cabin locations - Clean up station and take care of leftover food - Communicate ordering needs and stock inventory appropriately - Works with Front Office and Exec. Chef to accommodate special orders, dietary needs and allergy issues - Ensure that food comes out on-time, in high quality and in a timely fashion - Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards - Responsible for portraying a first-class service and hospitality experience in a genuine western setting - Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests - Willingness to help in other departments or wherever needed on the Ranch - Must be capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, as well as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. - This position reports to the Executive Chef
