We are seeking a Camp Director who can lead with vision, energy, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy – Develop and execute a vision for camp that reflects our values; work with ownership to set goals for growth and program innovation. Operations Management – Oversee daily camp operations; supervise and mentor staff; ensure programs meet the highest safety and quality standards. Camper & Family Engagement – Build strong relationships with campers, parents, and alumni; ensure excellent customer service and communication. Staff Recruitment & Development – Lead the hiring, training, and evaluation of seasonal and year-round staff; foster a positive and inclusive work culture. Program Development – Maintain and enhance activity offerings to provide a diverse and enriching experience for campers. Facilities Oversight – Oversee the maintenance team to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience in camp, youth programs, or hospitality. Proven ability to manage large seasonal teams and complex operations. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Passion for working with children and creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
