Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Camp Driver to provide transportation services for campers and staff. The Camp Driver will ensure safe, timely, and efficient transport to and from camp activities, outings, and events while maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience driving larger vehicles (e.g., vans, buses) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Safely transport campers, staff, and equipment to designated locations, including activities, trips, and outings.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the camp vehicle(s), ensuring they are clean, safe, and in good working order.
  • Report any vehicle issues or necessary repairs to the Camp Coordinator promptly.
  • Foster a friendly and supportive environment during transport, engaging with campers and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist campers as needed with getting on and off the vehicle, and ensure seatbelt usage.
  • Follow the camp schedule for pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring timely transportation for all activities.
  • Communicate any changes or delays to the Camp Coordinator.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including emergency procedures and first aid readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel usage.
  • Work closely with camp staff to coordinate transportation needs and schedules.
