Rate of pay: $142.88/day

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in camping, youth recreation and or/ experiential education
• Previous experience supervising teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including team building, and facilitation skills
• Ability to take initiative, problem solve and work as a team member.
• Experience or understanding of cancer diagnosis and it’s physiological, social, and emotional impact or a willingness to learn.
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C
• Criminal Record Search including vulnerable sector check (once hired)
• Must provide proof of up-to-date childhood immunizations
• Must provide proof of a primary series (initial vaccine and one booster) of the COVID-19 vaccines as well as a booster within 12 months of their camp start date

• Provide on-site training to weekly Dining Hall volunteer teams with collaboration from rental site staff
• Supervise Dining Hall Team of 4-6 each session
• Manage the execution of water stations and snack throughout the day
• Facilitating creative programming and execute all-camp programs and creative skits throughout camp
• Actively contribute to our culture of justice, belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring that all staff feel represented and heard regardless of their gender, age, religion, ethnicity, and nationality or race.
