Now, if you were to come on board as a Camp Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us: * Supervise services regarding buildings, equipment, janitorial, and grounds maintenance. * Procure sub-contractor services, schedule installations, and oversee repairs. * Implement preventative programs per site-specific systems, equipment, and building maintenance. * Ensure implementation of safety regulations and programs. * Maintain records for equipment inspections, rotational work assignments, and overtime allowances. * Manage budgetary needs, monitor expenditures, and take corrective action when needed. * Evaluate operations for quality and effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. * Review financial reports, recognize variations, and provide corrective actions to achieve budget. * Ensure that all legislative requirements are met, involving construction, installation, fire, safety and sanitation. Here’s how we’ll know you will be successful: * Degree or diploma in engineering, business administration, or property management preferred. * Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a commercial or institutional facility. * Knowledge of facilities management, including: heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, equipment, janitorial, and information technology. * Proven experience in project management, procurement, contracts, bids, and quotes. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Solid interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Position Requirements: * Shift: 10hr/Day * Rotation: 15 Days On/ 13 Days Off * Pass a Drug & Alcohol Test * Pass a Criminal Record Check * Season end date: August 31, 2026 The hourly wage for this position is $38.00. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
