Description Part-Time, 20-24 hours per week The Camp Operations Administrative Specialist provides professional clerical and administrative support to the Properties Management staff at GSNEO’s Camp Ledgewood. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: · Assists in initiating and responding to phone calls and emails · Provides support is placing orders of materials and supplies · Maintains organized filing of records and invoices · Manages annual schedule for inspections and renewals · Assists with delivery of material and supplies · Greets and provides directions to contractors, inspectors, and other visitors on property · Performs other general administrative duties as assigned Requirements ° Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and functions ° Meticulous and detail oriented ° Problem Solving skills ° Organizational Skills ° Ability to maintain confidentiality ° Computer literacy and technical knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Work, Excel and PowerPoint. May need to know or be able to learn other software specific to GSNEO and GSUSA. ° Ability to communicate the written and spoken word with tact, diplomacy, and/or authority when necessary ° Well disciplined ° Able to meet deadlines ° Self-starter ° Able to work under pressure of many priorities and deadlines ° Ability to work well as a part of a team ° Excellent customer service skills ° Commitment to inclusiveness ° Knowledge of the Girl Scout program preferred
