JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Broad knowledge and experience with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram and Youtube)
• The general comfort level for working with and learning new software
• Willingness to read industry-based materials; consistently train as necessary
• General understanding of influencer marketing preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or Diploma Equivalent
• Digital and or Content Marketing Certificate preferred (not required)
• 1+ years of direct Customer/Client Service experience (not required)

• Collect required Influencer and Campaign data points
• Effectively communicate with selected Influencers and manage their Campaign Contributions
• Assist in delivering project outcomes that are directly in line with client goals and campaign objectives
• Maintain a superior level of customer care while in contact with Network Influencers through email and direct messaging
