Responsibilities
  • Previous experience in marketing automation, campaign management, or Martech roles
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including AJO, CJA. Target RTCDP
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalisation
  • Experience designing and executing cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, web, etc.)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and data activation
  • Experience working with data teams and using analytics to drive decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsBackground in financial services or another regulated industry is advantageous
