MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience building reports & managing metrics in an operational environment
  • You love data! You have proven ability to use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach and Tableau to understand how a campaign is performing
  • Advanced Google Sheet/Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VBA, VLOOKUP, macros, queries, etc.

  • Extreme ownership & attention to detail

  • Coachable demeanor; willing to learn and implement new sales techniques.

Responsibilities

Build & iterate Salesforce campaigns, reports & dashboards

  • Combine data sources from Snowflake and Salesforce to build an actionable campaign list for sellers to implement prospecting campaigns
  • Develop sophisticated Salesforce reporting to identify the ideal customer profile
  • Design user friendly documentation for reports, dashboards & predictive models
