The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with proven expertise in cold email campaigns and technical infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for setting up and managing campaigns, monitoring performance, ensuring deliverability, and optimizing copy and systems for maximum impact. This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours/week). What You’ll Do Lead List Management Scrape, clean, and enrich leads using Clay, Apollo, and other enrichment tools. Campaign Creation & Optimization Build and optimize cold email campaigns in Instantly. Revive underperforming campaigns and refine copy to boost engagement. Direct & Indirect Campaigns Manage direct outreach (cold emails) and indirect methods (podcasts, interviews, roundtables). Email Infrastructure Setup & Management Configure sending domains and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Manage inbox creation, rotation, and warm-up processes. Monitor inbox health and maintain sending reputation. Monitoring & Auditing Use best-in-class deliverability tools to track, audit, and improve results. Reporting & Collaboration Share actionable insights through regular reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals. Technical Skills Cold Email Campaigns: Proven success with Instantly and high-volume outreach. Data Enrichment: Strong experience with Clay, Apollo workflows. Infrastructure: Hands-on with domains, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), warm-up, inbox rotation. Deliverability: Knowledge of best practices and tools like GlockApps, Folderly, Postmaster. Copywriting: Ability to analyze and optimize cold email copy. Soft Skills Strong written communication and attention to detail. Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and spot improvements. Organized and proactive with deadlines. Adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments. Experience Prior success managing cold email campaigns (portfolio/examples required). Experience with both direct outreach and indirect campaign formats. Bonus: Familiarity with automation (n8n, Zapier) and advanced monitoring tools.
