Star Group is looking for a Campaign Coordinator – Loyalty Comms to be the voice of Star Social. You’ll build relationships with our loyalty members through standout EDMs, app content and creative campaigns that engage, connect, and convert. Working closely with internal teams and guided by insightful data, you’ll help bring campaigns to life - from planning right through to reporting, all while ensuring consistency, compliance, and creativity. What You’ll Do Design, test, implement and optimise Star Social campaigns that deliver real value. Support the creation and delivery of communications calendars tied to business priorities. Use insights to segment audiences and keep messaging relevant, timely and clear. Manage campaign assets in Como, ensuring accurate and timely activation/removal. Ensure all communications are on-brand and aligned with our tone and values. Coordinate creative assets (app banners, POS, digital content) with internal teams. Report results and share learnings to inform better strategies. Champion Star Social Rewards across the business. Ensure full compliance with NZ Privacy Laws, GDPR, and the Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act. Support onboarding/offboarding of loyalty systems. Respond to in-app reviews and enquiries in the Star Social Rewards inbox.
