Job Description This exciting opportunity sits within the digital pillar of Nine, where the focus is driving advertising effectiveness for brands across the suite of Nine digital assets such as nine.com.au, 9Now, 9Honey, smh.com.au, afr.com.au and theage.com.au. As part of the Digital Operations team, you will utilise advanced data capabilities to target the right audience at the right time. You will manage a collection of digital campaigns, ensuring client files meet specifications and bringing campaigns to life. At the core of your role, you will support end-to-end campaign management, including but not limited to: Day to day you will: Test, troubleshoot, and schedule all campaign creatives to ensure they meet Nine ad specifications and creative lead times Work closely with Campaign Managers to resolve creative issues and project manage all site sponsorships Provide a high-level of service to Stakeholders (predominantly Campaign Managers and Sales) to ensure a smooth go-live for campaign launches Support the Campaign Managers in the day-to-day management, implementation and organisation of all digital advertising campaigns Ensure all creatives/tags are tested and uploaded in a timely manner Provide accurate and timely end of campaign reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations to promote revenue growth Attend weekly sales WIPs to communicate any challenges in meeting campaign start dates Qualifications We are seeking a fun, motivated and curious individual to join the Digital Campaign Operations Team, where they will work alongside intelligent, hardworking and dependable people, where unique individuals are acknowledged and rewarded for the great work they do. This is not a marketing campaign management role. What you'll bring: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Previous experience in a client service role, such as account management, coordination, or a similar field Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team-focused organisation Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Intermediate Excel skills Familiarity with Digital Media Buying and Planning (not essential) Additional Information How we work At Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
