What We Are Looking For We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Campaign Delivery Manager who is native in French to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns targeted at French-speaking audiences. Your expertise in campaign management will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional marketing initiatives that drive engagement and achieve business objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our overall strategic goals. What You Will Work On Plan and execute the lifecycle of targeted marketing campaigns for French-speaking audiences, from initial brief to final delivery and reporting. Manage complex project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring high-stakes initiatives remain on track and within scope. Monitor real-time campaign progress and metrics, making high-level tactical adjustments to optimize ROI and engagement. Act as the primary liaison between operations, customer success, product teams, and data scientists to ensure seamless strategic alignment. Analyze complex data sets to assess effectiveness, providing senior management with actionable recommendations and executive-level reporting. Identify and implement workflows that increase efficiency in campaign delivery across cross-functional teams. What You Bring Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English (both written and verbal). 5+ years of proven experience in campaign management or senior marketing roles, with at least 2 years dedicated to project management. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, etc.) are considered a plus. Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders. Strong ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making; proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics platforms. Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing channels, AI-driven content trends, and industry best practices.
