On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Campaign Designing and Execution Manager for a 12-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

CAMPAIGN DESIGNING AND EXECUTION MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role involves working with multiple partners to develop requirements and execute direct marketing campaigns. This position focuses on the design and execution of marketing campaigns to maximize revenue growth and enhance customer experience using data-driven strategies.

CAMPAIGN DESIGNING AND EXECUTION MANAGER - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python
• 4-5+ years expertise in relational database marketing and structured programming concepts
• Strong analytical mindset
• Strong project management and implementation skills
• Strong problem resolution and decision-making skills
• Strong written/oral communication skills
• Experience in the financial services industry

CAMPAIGN DESIGNING AND EXECUTION MANAGER – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Work with partners to develop requirements and design marketing campaigns
• Translate technical specifications into code for timely deployment of Direct Marketing tactics

• Demonstrate leadership in process improvement and coding efficiency
• Act as a Peer coach and Subject Matter Expert
• Train and mentor new team members as needed
