SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Must have minimum 2 years Previous experience working with an outbound automated dialler
  • Strong understanding of outbound campaign management
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools
  • Understanding of compliance requirements in outbound sales (desirable)

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with automated outbound dialler systems in a similar role. You will be the link between our sales campaigns and our dialler technology, making sure every call counts. You’ll manage campaign setup, monitor performance, and keep the dialler running smoothly to maximise productivity, efficiency, and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, schedule, and monitor outbound campaigns in the dialler system
  • Manage data uploads, list management, and campaign configuration
  • Monitor Calls & campaign performance and adjust settings to improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., Ofcom, GDPR)
  • Work closely with sales managers to align dialler activity with business goals
  • Produce daily/weekly performance and productivity reports
  • Troubleshoot dialler issues and liaise with IT/support as needed
