Team Description: The Tourism Board Partnerships (NTO) team manages Wego’s collaborations with national and regional tourism organizations across global markets. The team focuses on creating and delivering impactful marketing campaigns, data insights, and strategic partnerships that drive destination awareness, tourism growth, and commercial success for partners. The Role: The Executive, Tourism Board Partnerships will support the team in managing and optimizing partnership and campaign performance. The role involves handling campaign reports, analyzing data, and ensuring client data requests are delivered efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with the campaign management team, especially during peak periods or team absences, to maintain workflow and ensure smooth campaign execution. What you will be working on: Manage partnership activities with tourism boards, including conducting research and data analysis Assist in preparing partnership proposals and presentations Collect, process, and analyze partnership-related data for accurate reporting Organize and maintain partnership documentation and files Prepare reports and presentations summarizing partnership activities and campaign performance Support the execution of partnership-related events and ensure smooth coordination Collaborate with internal teams to meet partnership objectives and deliver successful outcomes Support campaign management during high-demand periods or team member absences Handle client data requests promptly and communicate updates effectively Core Responsibilities: Coordinate and support tourism board partnerships and campaign execution Manage data collection, reporting, and documentation of partnership activities Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful campaign performance Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and partners Skills and experience: 3+ years of experience in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related discipline Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and analysis Strong analytical and research skills for interpreting campaign data Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal collaboration Ability to work independently and within a team environment Flexibility to work extra hours and adjust to different time zones as needed Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
