The Media Solutions team works with global brands, airlines and travel partners to deliver high-performing digital advertising campaigns across Wego’s platforms. Combining creativity with data and technology, the team drives commercial growth by connecting partners with travelers through innovative ad formats, media partnerships and strategic collaborations. The Role: As a Media Solutions Executive / Sales Support, you will work closely with the Media Solutions team to support advertising and media partnership campaigns from pitch to delivery. The role involves assisting with client presentations, coordinating campaign assets, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. What you will be working on: Create compelling client-specific media presentations with data insights and travel industry trends Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on campaign creatives and requirements Support the Media Solutions team in client communication, including contact sourcing, meeting coordination and follow-ups Track and manage campaign assets, ensuring all materials meet requirements and deadlines Collaborate with the Ad Operations team to ensure campaigns launch and deliver successfully Assist with post-campaign reporting and documentation as needed Core Responsibilities: Provide sales and coordination support to the Media Solutions team Develop impactful media presentations and support pre-sales efforts Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery Maintain organized communication and documentation across campaigns Skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media or a related field Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Strong analytical and numerical abilities Good interpersonal skills with confidence managing both internal and external communication Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
