JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to accelerate your career?
As a Campaign Manager at Cielo, you will support our clients by managing the full lifecycle of recruitment marketing strategies – from conception to execution, with ongoing reporting and optimization.
In addition to long-term business as usual (BAU) strategies, you will also work on ad hoc media and multimedia campaigns for our clients, with a key focus on return on investment (ROI).
What really sets this role apart is the breadth and scope of what you can do. Cielo partners with several industry leading clients, across multiple countries, who embrace thought-leading talent attraction and brand awareness campaigns.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave on the team.

• Work Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience creating and executing recruitment marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of recruiting for a breadth of industries.
• Track record of successful senior stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with agility.

• Research, develop, and activate BAU media and ad hoc attraction campaigns.
• Support new business activities.
• Manage BAU and campaign media budgets.
• Track, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
• Analyze campaign results to report against success criteria and inform best practice.
