You understand the friction between a creative idea and a commercial goal, and you know exactly how to bridge that gap. *** This role is ideally located in Munich, Germany*** In this role, we follow ideally a hybrid working model: time in the office each week to collaborate and connect with the team, balanced with remote days that support focused, independent work. Your responsibilities Seniority Level: Mid-level, experienced, with a strong personality who can handle discussions and drive initiatives through to execution You coordinate marketing activities end-to-end, including digital marketing, OOH campaigns, CRM, POS promotions, and in-store activations You manage the planning and implementation of marketing activities based on market and consumer insights, in close collaboration with the Sales Team and Marketing Lead You ensure the coordination, quality, and on-time delivery of creative assets and campaigns You work cross-functionally within the Sales & Marketing department and collaborate with channel and sales teams to successfully launch and scale campaigns You gather learnings and share performance data with relevant stakeholders to improve future assets and marketing activations You work closely with Meta and TikTok ad teams to ensure brand consistency and to build a global asset library based on best practices and insights You optimize campaign structures and strategic ad-testing processes together with the Digital Marketing team to meet KPIs in a competitive advertising environment This is you You have 3–4 years of work experience in campaign management within a B2C, e-commerce, start-up, or marketing environment You have experience in (trade) marketing within an FMCG environment You have ideally overseen paid campaigns and creative for digital marketing (Meta & TikTok) as well as trade marketing activations You have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with various stakeholders You have experience using project management tools (Asana, Slack, Trello, or similar) You are fluent in English You have a go-getter mentality and a can-do attitude towards your work You communicate clearly and assertively and are not afraid to challenge the status quo The benefits listed below are intended for full-time employees.
