About the Role The Campaign Manager (Contract), Business Aviation is responsible for developing integrated, end to end marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Veryon solutions within the Business Aviation segment. This role is the dedicated growth engine for the segment, owning strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across all channels. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Campaign Manager partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Content, and the broader Marketing team to deliver measurable impact in the form of qualified leads, opportunities and pipeline. Key Responsibilities • Own and drive the demand generation strategy and integrated campaign roadmap for the Business Aviation segment across both prospects and customers. • Develop cohesive omni channel campaigns across digital, paid, social, content, email, and traditional channels to progress targets through the marketing funnel. • Create targeted customer engagement programs to strengthen product knowledge, adoption, and expansion opportunities. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to launch new features and products through coordinated messaging and campaign execution. • Integrate paid, owned, events, and social channels into unified campaign experiences that improve reach and conversion. • Partner with content teams to define core content requirements that support awareness and demand creation. • Align quarterly goals, priorities, and tactics with Sales and Customer Success for consistent go to market execution. • Set campaign targets and performance KPIs including MQLs, opportunities, and pipeline for key initiatives. • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to identify insights and recommend optimization strategies. Requirements Requirements • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated campaign management, or growth marketing. • Proven experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline. • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, attribution, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. • Experience partnering directly with Sales and CS teams on shared goals, messaging, and pipeline targets. • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable campaign strategies with clear KPIs. • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools. • Excellent communication, project management, and cross functional collaboration skills. • Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, or other technical or regulated industries. • Hands on expertise with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar MAP and CRM platforms. • Experience launching new products, features, or GTM motions within a B2B environment. • Strong content planning, messaging, or audience segmentation skills.
