Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.   About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Campaign Manager - Database Marketing to join the resort’s Database Marketing team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Manage the full operational lifecycle of campaigns, from audience selection and data extraction to deployment handoff * Build, validate, and deliver campaign audiences, ensuring accuracy in targeting logic, volumes, suppressions, and exclusions * Translate predictive model outputs, segmentation frameworks, and business rules into actionable campaign criteria * Maintain and execute campaign calendars (daily, weekly, monthly), ensuring all deadlines are met consistently * Lead accurate analytical responses to inquiries from Gaming Operations. * Monitor campaign execution and proactively identify and resolve issues (e.g., targeting errors, missing data, inconsistencies) * Operationalize Data Science models, ensuring campaigns align with strategic objectives and player value segmentation * Support post-campaign analysis by delivering clean, structured datasets and maintaining proper documentation * Partner closely with Gaming Loyalty Marketing, Player Development, Revenue Management, and F&B teams to align campaign requirements and timelines * Support testing strategies (A/B testing, control groups) through accurate audience setup and execution * Act as the key operational liaison between Marketing and Data Science, ensuring seamless translation of business needs into technical execution   About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, CRM Marketing, or a related field * 4+ years of experience in business analytics, database marketing, campaign operations, or similar roles (gaming experience preferred). * Strong understanding of gaming performance metrics (ADT, Theo, Coin-In, Win, reinvestment) * Hands-on experience with SQL, knowledge of Python is a plus. * Exceptional attention to detail with strong quality assurance (QA) capabilities * Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical inputs into clear operational execution * Highly organized, reliable, and process-driven, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and scalability   About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
