Description

ABOUT COMMON WEALTH

Common Wealth is Canada’s fastest-growing group retirement provider, offering an award-winning digital platform that helps Canadians plan, save, and build reliable retirement income. We are driven by our mission to help all Canadians achieve financial security in retirement. In 2024, we doubled our client base and now serve employers and members nationwide.
SEIU Healthcare and Common Wealth have partnered to deliver my65+, a portable savings program designed to make retirement easier and more affordable for Canadian personal support workers, regardless of their age. By combining group purchasing power, digital technology, and world-class retirement research, the plan has the potential to deliver up to 3x the value for money of a typical individual approach to saving for retirement.
SEIU members are eligible for funding through the Personal Support Workers Retirement Savings Innovation Program, an initiative funded by the federal government to help build retirement security through incentives of up to $5,000 per individual.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution and success of the initiative. You will oversee the project, manage stakeholders and partners, execute marketing and educational campaigns, track success and drive changes to optimize take up of the program. You’ll be the central hub connecting strategy to delivery, making sure the campaign launches successfully - on time, on scope, and with a great experience for members and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Oversee program execution with strong project management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across all workstreams, including tracking progress, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and coordinating deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder communication as the main point of contact for the federal government, SEIU, and Common Wealth, aligning workstreams and touchpoints to maximize efficiency and facilitate decision making.
  • Lead a bilingual, multi-channel marketing program to educate eligible workers on the My65+ retirement savings plan, communicate benefits and incentives, and drive enrollment and engagement through SEIU networks.
  • Execute a targeted outreach strategy combining digital education (webinars, interactive content, website resources), community engagement (partnerships, social media, segmented emails), and targeted advertising (Facebook, Google, YouTube, SEO) to expand awareness, build trust, and maximize plan participation.
  • Drive plan participation and awareness through direct outreach to eligible workers, leveraging SEIU events, local campaigns, workplace visits, phone banks, and educational sessions to build awareness and participation in My65+.
  • Lead program outcomes reporting by managing data collection and analysis on key metrics (e.g., enrollment, contributions, savings behavior, retirement readiness, demographics) and producing insights to demonstrate impact and support stakeholder reporting.
