Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Bachelor degree is considered a plus

  • 2+ years of experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Experience running campaigns with daily ad spend of at least $500
  • Any experience or familiarity with Kickstarter or other crowdfunding platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

A new venture is preparing to launch its first product through a Kickstarter campaign and continue its sales online. We’re seeking a Campaign Manager with experience in Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram) to lead this high-impact launch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute, and manage Meta ad campaigns to drive crowdfunding success
  • Oversee campaign budgets and optimize daily spend
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.) and iterate accordingly
  • Collaborate with ad creators and other team members to ensure consistent messaging
  • Provide clear reports and insights to the executive team
