Job Description Nine is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to bridge the gap between strategy and execution for iconic mastheads like The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, and Good Food! Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will lead data-driven, creative campaigns that transform brand goals into high-impact live experiences and audience growth. Your expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning and executing, and data analysis will be pivotal in creating effective campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. Day to day you will: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of innovative campaigns to drive ticket sales, registrations, and brand loyalty. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the vital link between editorial teams, commercial partners (e.g., Coca-Cola, Campari), and production to ensure brand alignment. Project Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and creative briefing for multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment. Performance Tracking: Use data to optimize live campaigns and deliver comprehensive post-campaign reporting and insights. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with internal teams and external vendors to deliver premium event programs. Qualifications What you’ll bring: Degree in Marketing/Business; certifications (Google, Salesforce, Marketo) preferred. Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management, ideally in media or live events. Demonstrated success in multi-channel marketing (Digital, Social, Print, OOH) and driving ticket sales/registrations. Proficient in data analysis (Google Analytics, Meta), project management tools (Monday.com), and budget oversight. Strong copywriting skills and a sharp eye for premium brand aesthetics. Solution-oriented stakeholder management, ability to pivot in fast-paced environments, and high attention to detail.
