ARE YOU A RESULTS-DRIVEN CAMPAIGN MANAGER WITH A PASSION FOR PERFORMANCE MARKETING?

We’re looking for a digital marketing expert to lead high-impact campaigns that drive leads and customer acquisition. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for PPC, SEO, paid social, and email marketing—ensuring every campaign delivers measurable results. With a keen eye on performance data and conversion optimisation, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning prospects into customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Development and delivery of campaign management plans to drive new business.
  2. Management of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid search platforms.
  3. Implementing SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
  4. Managing paid display and paid social media campaigns to drive lead generation.
  5. Managing email marketing campaigns, automation, and performance tracking.
  6. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights.
  7. Optimising onsite conversion rates in collaboration with the Digital Product Lead.
  8. Responsible for the effectiveness of local listings and local SEO management.
  9. Conducting A/B testing and performance analysis to refine marketing strategies.
  10. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  11. Undertaking any other duties to meet personal, team, and business objectives.

KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • · Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital campaign management.
  • Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and data interpretation.
  • Expertise in paid social media advertising and audience targeting.
  • Experience in email marketing and automation.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
  • Expertise in utilising Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT / PowerBI ) advantageous.
Responsibilities

The jobholder will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. This role focuses on bottom-of-funnel activities, ensuring efficient conversion of prospects into customers.
