ABOUT TIKTAL:

TikTal is a dedicated TikTok influencer marketing and talent agency. We support brands launch creative activations leveraging the power of video. We are on a mission to deliver memorable stories in a native format and looking for people to join us on the mission.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience executing campaigns in a marketing or content creation environment; digital or advertising agency experience.
  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns end to end.
  • Track record of relationship building and management with creators
  • Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Must be available to work from 9 am to 7 pm US EST.
  • Familiarity with project management programs like Monday.com and HubSpot.
  • Editing and video creative experience is highly recommended.
Responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the Campaign Director, you will be in charge of your own campaigns and their delivery.
  • Take ownership of campaign delivery process to ensure strong scores from clients & Tiktok team.
  • Day-to-day supervision and execution of our client’s campaigns with support from a Campaign Associate, this includes attending & running calls, creating WBS/briefs, reviewing written concepts and video assets, and being the main point of contact for clients on campaign progress.
  • Foster and manage relationships with content creators, and agencies to ensure efficient operations from initial outreach to campaign launch.
  • Maintain a consistent monthly output of campaigns.
  • Support business continuity, time tracking, delivery, and quality insurance.
  • Come up with innovative ways to approach short-form video marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and ways of working.
  • Track, evaluate, and report results of campaign management efforts.
  • Deescalate challenges as they arise on campaigns.
  • You strive to become an expert in your field of TikTok, Short form videos, creator management, creative asset delivery and specific vertical you work on.
