As Unwrap’s Campaign Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing high-impact marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns from planning through performance analysis, ensuring flawless execution and measurable outcomes. If you are a driven, sharp marketer with an operational mindset and deep experience running digital events and multi-channel campaigns, this role is for you. Specifically, you will get the opportunity to: Manage end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, including webinars and event-based nurture programs. Track performance metrics and deliver insights to improve campaign performance. Partner with product marketing and sales to align messaging and follow-up strategies. Identify bottlenecks in campaign execution and introduce systems or automation to improve efficiency. Who We Are We’re currently a team of 30, based in Santa Barbara, and growing extremely quickly. What You Bring Strong analytical skills and are comfortable building reports, interpreting data, and driving change based on data-backed insights You're an excellent writer Experience managing digital events end-to-end Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms You're Type-A and extremely organized. You have experience or are comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment. People love working with you. ~2-5 years of experience.
