Description
Your Role in Our Story: The Marketing Strategist / Campaign Planner plays a central role in translating ACT’s business objectives into integrated, data-driven marketing strategies across the EMEA region. This person will act as the key bridge between commercial priorities and marketing execution — leading the planning, coordination, and performance measurement of multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth. This is a hands-on strategic role for a marketer who thrives on connecting insight, creativity, and analytics — ensuring that every campaign directly supports business impact. In essence, your role involves: 1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Development Translate business and commercial objectives into quarterly marketing plans and integrated campaign roadmaps. Define campaign goals, audiences, messages, and KPIs in collaboration with Front Office, R&D, and Sustainability Team. Coordinate multi-channel campaign execution (email, digital, events, paid media, content, social) ensuring consistent brand and message alignment. Manage go-to-market planning for new markets and sustainability offerings (MEA and Spain expansion, Scope 3 solutions, industry focus). 2. Performance Management & Optimization Establish campaign dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure impact, conversion, and ROI. Work closely with Marketing Operations to track campaign contribution to pipeline and optimize lead flow. Identify insights from performance data to inform future planning and strategic priorities. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with EMEA Front Office Teams to align campaigns with market needs and business objectives. Collaborate with global brand, content, and digital teams to adapt global campaigns to EMEA markets, when applicable. Coordinate with event counterparts to integrate campaigns with ACT’s key events calendar. 4. Content & Creative Briefing Create clear briefs for content, design, and digital execution teams. Ensure campaign messaging aligns with ACT’s brand voice and value proposition. Support localization of content and assets for priority markets (UK, DACH, France, Spain, Middle East). Your Expertise: To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in energy, sustainability, or tech industry. Proven experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results. Willing to travel occasionally to our offices in Paris/Spain. Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills (Monday.com experience is a plus). Strong understanding of marketing analytics, CRM systems (Dynamics or similar), and marketing automation. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, additional European language (e.g. French, German) is a plus. Strategic mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude. Key Competencies Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect commercial goals with marketing impact. Analytical Rigor: Confident in using data to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at navigating between global and regional teams. Ownership & Agility: Capable of managing multiple projects and adjusting priorities dynamically. Sustainability Passion: Genuine interest in the energy transition and ACT’s mission. Success Indicators Marketing-sourced pipeline growth. Improved lead conversion and campaign ROI tracking. Enhanced alignment between Sales and Marketing planning. Stronger market visibility across EMEA priority regions. If you meet these criteria and are ready to contribute your expertise to a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply.
