YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in the Campaign Production Lead role, knowing how and what to prioritize is key whilst being able to lead, influence and collaborate with others to deliver high-quality results.

To fulfil this role at Specsavers, you should align with the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in campaign planning and production management across multiple markets.
  • Experience in producing high-quality creative assets for different media channels.
  • Strong background in managing creative and production teams, and external agencies.
  • Experience in working with multiple clients and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proactive in exploring new (media) opportunities
  • Experience with Agile ways of working is ideal.

Preferably you also have experience within international marketing, visual identity, brand management and photo shoots.
On a more personal note, we are looking to welcome a Campaign Production Lead who are comfortable in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment. You are detail-oriented, organized and good at making decisions about production priorities and budget.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

This role leads the team of 3 colleagues whilst overseeing the end-to-end process of planning, managing, and delivering creative assets to production suppliers for the Northern European Marketing teams. This entails close collaboration with regional subject matter experts, senior stakeholders and country marketing teams.
As Campaign Production Lead you will report to the Northern European Head of Customer Experience.
The regional Customer Experience team designs and produces over 100 projects and thousands of creative assets annually, supporting marketing media and POS across five Northern European markets.
Responsibilities include managing production budgets and deadlines, coordinating in-country approvals, and ensuring compliance with Group brand and legal guidelines.

Key responsibilities would look like, but not be limited to:

  • Lead a team for detailed production planning, and management to support each of the 5x country campaign plans to ensure effective allocation and utilization of design and production resources.
  • Oversee internal and external design- and production teams plus creative agencies to support agreed tactical marketing campaign plans.
  • Manage the production budget efficiently.
  • Ongoing review of competitor creative activity to advise on opportunities or potential threats to our own plans and campaigns.
  • Commissioning external suppliers, including agreeing project parameters, costs, timings, and quality standards, for creative production for TVC, video, and other strategic advertising/marketing communications projects in each market

Occasional travel (2-3 weeks/year) is to be expected in the role
