Overview:
Quest is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to manage and orchestrate campaigns and activities designed to generate awareness and to create, capture and accelerate sales pipeline for new and existing customers.
You will work side by side with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategy to hone campaign themes into precise target market segments, messages and offers that will fuel awareness activities, demand gen campaigns, and sales plays for our sellers.
Your role will be to manage, analyze and report on campaign execution from all channels.
You will coordinate campaign execution elements across digital, field, and website channels through collaboration with our agency and with our internal field events, web, social, and PR teams. This includes owning and managing the campaign budget and performance reporting with our partners in Sales, finance and marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Demand generation and product specialist who develops comprehensive EMEA campaign plans and optimises tactics to meet EMEA regional targets for marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Responsible for providing quarterly forecast for campaign programs and analysing reports to monitor performance and ensure campaign success.
  • Communicate campaign plan, analysis of results, and optimisations to executives, sales teams, and key stakeholders via remote and in person presentations.
  • Responsible for managing, spending, and tracking the EMEA program budget for their business unit.
  • Coordinates execution and completion of defined program activities by working with functional team members on tactics such as advertising, email marketing, virtual events, contests/promotions, paid search, ABM, corporate and field events, partner programs and other demand generation tactics.
  • Ensure responses from programs are appropriately tracked and delivered to the intended sales organization.
  • Track leads and conversation through the lead funnel and optimises follow up and tactics as needed.

Qualifications:

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with analytics or reporting tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation system an added bonus.

COMMUNICATION/INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Excellent analytical, project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time. Individuals must have strong presentation skills and be comfortable presenting in front of large groups and executive leadership.
