Position Summary: We are looking for a Campaign & Sequencing Specialist to design, manage, and optimize outbound sales campaigns in the physical alarm industry. This role is dedicated to creating and maintaining the sequences, messaging, and cadences that drive engagement and conversion with target prospects. You will ensure that sales reps have effective campaigns ready to deploy, helping them reach more prospects consistently and effectively. Job Duties * Build, manage, and optimize outbound sequences in HubSpot (or other sequencing tools). * Write and refine messaging tailored to residential and commercial security prospects. * Set up campaign cadences (emails, calls, and tasks) to maximize engagement. * Monitor campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and provide insights to sales leaders. * Collaborate with marketing to ensure campaigns align with branding and industry trends. * Regularly update sequences with new messaging, offers, or promotions. * Provide training and guidance to sales reps on using campaigns effectively. * Ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations and best practices in sequencing.   Requirements * 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, campaign management, or marketing operations. * Proven ability to manage sequencing tools and CRM systems (HubSpot, Outreach, or similar). * Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different prospect types. * Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance and drive improvements. * Familiarity with the security/alarm industry or related B2B sales cycles preferred. * Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly collaborative. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. * Ability to speak and hear clearly to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in virtual meetings. * Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies). * Visual acuity to read and produce documents, spreadsheets, and emails on screen and in hard copy. * Standard office environment with controlled climate and minimal noise levels. * Regular working hours, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours during peak periods or project deadlines. * Work may involve interacting with others in person or virtually across departments and locations.   Join the Bay Alarm Family!
