Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
Work closely within a cross functional team to align campaigns with content, advertising, and email marketing strategies.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, including KPIs and web analytics.
Develop and execute Cover-More and Blue Travel Insurance campaign calendars.
Lead social media strategy to drive community growth, engagement, and advertising.
Monitor brand mentions, manage feedback, and identify PR risks.
Coordinate with content, brand, and PR teams on social publishing and partnerships.
Work with Customer Service to respond to inquiries and improve review website ratings
