YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Retail and/or loyalty marketing experience desirable
  • Braze coding experience essential
  • Experience in Adobe Campaign
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and lifecycle campaign execution
  • Experience building campaigns with personalised and dynamic content
  • Comfortable working with targeting logic, segmentation, and data-driven campaign rules
  • Experience with QA processes, test sends, and campaign tracking set-up
  • Collaboration, Problem Solving and Team Orientated
  • Attention to details and process discipline
  • Strong organisation and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with competing deadlines

Responsibilities

The Campaign Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of targeted partner campaigns across owned digital channels, with a strong focus on personalized email marketing. This role brings campaign ideas to life by translating briefs into tangible, well-executed campaigns using tools such as Adobe Campaign for targeting, segmentation and offer construct, and Braze for campaign creation, personalisation, and launch.
This role requires a mix of stakeholder coordination, marketing operations expertise, and technical hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns are timely, accurate, and effective in reaching the right audience with the right message.
