Description

CAMPAIGNS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize future campaigns.Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in managing the presence of retail startups or similar brands across multiple channels (excluding social media).
Strong track record of executing successful campaigns and managing campaign logistics.

SKILLS

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, particularly in working with influencers and external agencies.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Creative Capabilities (Creating Slogans / Campaign Titles)Campaigns Planning Building Calendars
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technology tools.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Multichannel Presence Management:
Oversee and manage Soum’s brand presence on all channels excluding social media, including in-app platforms, major and micro-influencers, and other marketing avenues. Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all non-social media channels.
Influencer Campaign Management:
Develop, manage, and execute influencer campaigns, working closely with both major and micro-influencers to maximize brand reach and engagement.Negotiate contracts, finalize deliverables, and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure successful partnerships.
Campaign Logistics and Coordination:
Manage all logistical aspects of campaigns, including content finalization, coordination with marketing agencies, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for the smooth execution of campaigns.Handle the scheduling, budgeting, and tracking of campaign deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget execution.
