We have a Campaign Staffing Specialist role for the right candidate who is seeking a career in a creative industry. This role will be a mix of scheduling, onboarding of staff for all campaigns & events, general administration and also client liaising if you’re up for it!

• Take the lead on Brand Ambassador recruitment, interviews, on boarding, scheduling and general staffing assistance
• Maintain our booking system to manage shifts
• Be the first point of contact for all Ambassador queries
• Ensuring shifts are filled with the best staff suited for each role
• Resolve booking conflicts and feedback from colleagues and clients
• Assisting with all facets and tasks involved in live campaigns across the agency
• Assisting in managing internal social accounts
• Other duties deemed suitable
