In this role, you’ll collaborate with talented colleagues across marketing & communications, health & productivity, third-party affiliates, and other business lines to bring bold ideas to life. From acquisition and retention to education and engagement, you’ll design campaigns that connect with members, employers, providers, and brokers in meaningful ways. Your work will help new members feel welcome, educate providers on benefit designs, encourage healthy behaviors, and close gaps in care—all while leveraging innovative tools and technologies. What You’ll Do Lead the charge: Assist in the development and execution of strategic campaign plans that drive, engagement, retention, and acquisition —and support revenue goals. Turn insights into action: Use analytics to refine strategies, maximize ROI, and recommend improvements. Own the process: Build and manage campaign calendars, coordinate deadlines, and ensure smooth collaboration across creative, writing, and governance teams. Craft compelling briefs: Translate strategy into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams and external partners. Think big, act smart: Identify the right channels and tactics to boost member engagement and brand awareness. Collaborate and innovate: Work with internal and external teams and vendors to deliver impactful marketing collateral and digital communications. You’ll make a real impact on member and provider experiences—and help drive business success Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, business or related field. 3 - 5 years of marketing, marketing communications or public relations experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare market. Results oriented: demonstrated success in overcoming obstacles and launching campaigns on time and on budget. Proven experience and demonstrable results in execution and measuring marketing campaigns. Ability to build consensus among various internal and works well as team member.
