We are seeking a Campaign Technology Manager to be the muscle behind our campaign setup and leading our “next level” campaigns. This individual will work with Project Manager and Client Partner to translate business requirements into effective campaign designs that align with the needs of both the client and Fooji. As the lead in setting up digital and doorstep campaigns using Fooji’s proprietary platform, the role requires a Subject Matter Expert in the platform and coordinating with Project Managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to address campaign needs beyond standard scopes. Key responsibilities include managing complex campaigns, testing and troubleshooting pre-and post-launch issues, optimizing software configurations, and identifying process improvements. Additionally, the role involves leading user testing efforts, advising stakeholders, and participating in cross-functional meetings to ensure the success and efficiency of campaigns. On any given day, you might: Work closely with the Project Manager and Client Partner to translate business requirements into campaign dash design and ensure it aligns with business needs of the client and Fooji Serve as the lead in setting up all digital and doorstep campaigns using Fooji’s own proprietary platform based on details provided by the Project Manager Work closely with the Junior Project Manager on Crowdsail needs Become a working Subject Matter Expert on Fooji’s proprietary platform Work with the Engineering team to relay campaign needs that fall outside of standard scope Project Manage highly technical and large scope campaigns as determined by the team Communicate with senior level client contacts at Fortune 500 brands Manage digital campaigns based on capacity Advise stakeholders, and keep them informed on the project needs Troubleshoot campaigns pre and post launch and communicate any issues in a timely manner to the appropriate team(s) Test all digital and doorstep campaigns prior to launch Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline workflows Serve as the lead in user testing with product operations team Optimize software configurations to improve efficiency and campaign success rates Participate in additional meetings as needed The ideal person Must have experience using project management software to develop project plans (Asana, Basecamp, Trello) Has managed project budgets over $100,000 Has had experience with digital campaign management platforms Strong ability to bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfort working in a startup/fast-paced environment Have a flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities and environments Experience being the point person for clients Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills A master at problem solving Experience in diving into new software and platforms An inclination to be a curious and self-driven learner Must be able to work a flexible schedule (we do have evening and weekend campaigns at times) You bring: 1-3 years Project Management experience Strong software technology understanding Creative problem solving Bachelor's degree or equivalent Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance; 100% covered for employee; 40% for dependents Unlimited PTO and sick days Company paid Life insurance Company paid LTD insurance Flexible schedule 401k
