YOUR MISSION:

We’re looking for a Campaigns & Content Lead to lead the planning, design, and execution of our in-app and branded partner campaigns. You’ll ensure that our campaigns connect with a global Gen Z audience through thoughtful storytelling, strong visuals, and a deep understanding of both our users and partners. You’ll work closely with internal teams, working with the Founders for guidance, and partners to develop and refine campaign ideas and see them through to delivery.

You’ll also collaborate with some of the world’s leading organizations, helping translate their goals into compelling campaign experiences for youth globally.

  • Lead the design, storytelling, and rollout of all campaigns across our in-app and branded channels
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and AI tools to develop campaign content
  • Understand the needs of both our partners and youth audience
  • Use data, user feedback, and A/B testing to refine and improve campaigns
  • Translate partner goals into clear, engaging learning experiences
  • Ensure visual consistency and tone across all campaign assets
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance
