JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated Camp Boss / Transport Incharge to oversee staff accommodations and manage company transport operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth camp management, staff welfare, and effective scheduling of transportation for employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Camp Boss / Transport Incharge in Dubai or UAE.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws, accommodation standards, and transport regulations.
  • Ability to manage multicultural staff and handle conflicts fairly.
  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred.
  • Good communication skills (English required, Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage).
  • Valid UAE Driving License (preferably Heavy Vehicle/Bus).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in camp and transport management.
  • Physically fit and able to handle on-site inspections and emergencies.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of staff/labor accommodation and ensure compliance with UAE health & safety standards.
  • Maintain camp facilities, cleanliness, hygiene, and security.
  • Allocate rooms, manage staff check-in/check-out, and keep updated occupancy records.
  • Coordinate with maintenance team for timely repairs and upkeep of facilities.
  • Monitor staff discipline and enforce company policies within the camp.
  • Manage company transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and allocation of buses/vehicles.
  • Supervise drivers and ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and documented.
  • Keep records of fuel consumption, trip schedules, and vehicle inspections.
  • Prepare regular reports for management regarding camp and transport activities.
