Description Summary: Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, performs a variety of skilled work activities associated with the operation and maintenance of the campground. Duties/Tasks: · Greets and provides information to campground visitors · Enforces rules, collects fees, and perform office and clerical duties. · Performs work of moderate difficulty in maintaining campgrounds and day use areas · Daily maintaining of the grounds including, but not limited to: Mowing, litter and garbage collection. · Maintaining cleanliness of restroom and shower facilities · Performs routine facility maintenance, general housekeeping and custodial tasks. · Performs moderate level construction work on special projects and painting. · Inspect and patrol park grounds for vandalism, malfunctions or problems. Requirements Job Requirements: · Basic Customer service skills. · Basic techniques in maintenance and upkeep of facilities restrooms and park grounds · General office procedures. · Motor vehicle operation and repair. · Basic practices and techniques in the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and grounds. · Knowledge of mowers and equipment
