At the heart of their success is a dedicated seasonal workforce, efficient operations, and a genuinely supportive team culture.
As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a Campsite and Recruitment Manager who is hands on, people focused, and ready to take ownership of both seasonal recruitment and the daily running of on site accommodation. This is a key role where you’ll play an important part in ensuring workers feel welcome, supported, and set up for success throughout the season.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within agriculture, food production or fresh produce environment is fundamental
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, or HR support
  • Knowledge of UK labour laws and worker accommodation standards (e.g., GLAA compliance, HSE regulations)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic, approachable, and solution focused mindset
  • Ability to work flexibly during seasonal peaks, including some weekend or out of hours availability
  • Additional languages would be beneficial given the diverse workforce

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Campsite and Recruitment Manager plays a vital dual role within the business:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of our seasonal workers’ accommodation (campsite), ensuring compliance, safety, and wellbeing
  • Leading seasonal recruitment efforts, from planning and advertising to onboarding and retention strategies

This position is central to supporting our seasonal workforce and ensuring a smooth and compliant operation across both accommodation and staffing.
