Description

The Campus Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of one of JIBC's regional campuses while supporting students, faculty, staff, and campus partners. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Educational Space Planning, the Campus Administrator oversees campus operations and provides administrative, operational, and student support that contributes to the successful delivery of JIBC's academic programs within the region.

In this multifaceted role, you will coordinate campus operations, support academic programming, and help maintain an efficient, welcoming, and well-functioning learning environment. Responsibilities include coordinating campus activities, managing facilities and space allocation, supporting registration and student services, providing first-level technical assistance, and liaising with contractors and service providers to address operational and maintenance needs.

As a primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and external partners, you will deliver exceptional customer service while responding to a wide range of inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism, sound judgment, and initiative. Your ability to build positive relationships and manage competing priorities will contribute to the effective delivery of campus services and support the overall student experience.

You will also assist with campus safety initiatives by supporting safety protocols, coordinating emergency preparedness activities, maintaining first aid supplies, and working collaboratively with internal safety personnel to help ensure a safe and secure campus environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and service-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and are passionate about supporting education and student success, we encourage you to apply.
