REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience (ideally 2 years+) in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)

Responsibilities

This is a Part-Time Permanent position, working 25 hours a week onsite at our Porirua Campus.

We are seeking an organized and efficient Campus Administrator to join our team at NZMA Porirua. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our campus.

  • Manage and coordinate office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for faculty and staff
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, such as student records and course schedules
  • Provide administrative support to faculty and staff, including typing, filing, and data entry
  • Assist with the coordination of campus events and activities
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
