Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Campus Ambassador to help us rapidly grow our business-to-customer and business-to-business (B2C and B2B) sales teams. This role is ideal for positive and outgoing leaders that are eager to meet new people, meaningfully connect with them, and elevate them to a place where they can conquer their goals.
As the first point of contact for potential hires, you will guide candidates through our company values and exemplify our culture of integrity, entrepreneurship, and excellence. This role is an in-person position with some travelling to meet with company leaders and visit project sites.
No prior experience? No problem. Above everything, we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn, a drive to excel, and a commitment to making an impact for themselves, our company, and our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learn our sales processes to identify and screen ideal candidates for our sales roles
  • Spearhead community involvement through project showcases and company events
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies and results
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key community leaders
  • Collaborate within ARK and support continuous improvement of recruitment practices and systems
  • Help candidates prepare for and apply to our sales roles
