Proudly serving Sororities and Fraternities, Upper Crust Food Service is known for freshness, quality, variety, and excellent customer service. Upper Crust Food Service began with a vision to solve a problem that many Fraternity and Sorority houses face. That problem is a lack of consistency and professionalism in the kitchen. With a focus on great food and personal service, we’ve remained true to our roots. Today, the chefs of Upper Crust Food Service prepare tens of thousands of meals weekly for students across the country.
Campus Chefs are a resource for the campus to be successful and can take on many shapes. Commonly this will be a floating chef, a chef working in a house or having dedicated hours between multiple locations, and/or an assistant working in a house or having dedicated hours between multiple locations. These individuals are dedicated to the campus they work on primarily with very little or no travel required outside of the general campus area, although they may be asked if the need arises. A Campus Chef may be asked to perform a variety of duties including fill in some duties for an absence of someone else on campus, perform check-in tasks for the District Manager, provide some peer-to-peer support, support events on campus, open new kitchens, assist in interviewing new staff, closing of kitchens, or just about any local responsibility.
