Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE ROCKS

Love bringing people together, making spaces shine, and keeping the show running without a hitch? As our Campus Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to maestro for everything happening on campus—from board meetings and guest visits to staff appreciation days and high-energy Town Halls. You’ll partner across teams, work directly with our Head of Talent & Culture, and turn “ordinary office day” into “best day at work.”

WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND TOTALLY OWN)

  • Orchestrate memorable events. Plan and run on-campus meetings and experiences (launches, vendor visits, executive sessions, and more). You’ll handle room setup/teardown, F&B, guest greetings, calendar invites, and day-of execution like a pro.
  • Be our tech MVP. Keep training-room AV humming—run dry-runs, test presentations, and make sure every Town Hall and State of the Union looks and sounds flawless.
  • Keep the campus humming. Oversee day-to-day operations across our floors and call center. Make sure TVs, printers, clocks, and kitchen gear are ready to roll—and that the coffee bar never runs dry.
  • Vendor wrangler & project pilot. Coordinate with building management, manage repairs and access, support construction and space-planning projects, and keep vendors on timeline and budget.
  • Cross-team super-connector. Partner with Franchise Development, Marketing, HR/People, Accounting/Ops, IT, and our brands to make every gathering a win.
  • Supplies & Savings Guru. Order furnishings and office/kitchen supplies, and find creative ways to reduce costs with preferred partners.
  • People Team sidekick. Help plan and execute employee events that bring our culture to life.
  • Clean, safe, sparkling. Oversee the office cleaning schedule and ensure our space always feels event-ready.
