We’re looking for a Campus Development Operations Coordinator to support our Campus Development team and help keep projects, systems, and people moving in the same direction. You’ll support projects from planning through completion, help track budgets and expenses, keep systems working as intended, and invest in volunteer teams who help bring projects to life. This part-time role plays a big behind-the-scenes role in creating safe, functional, and welcoming spaces where staff can work well and people can encounter God. It blends project coordination, systems administration, volunteer development, and cross-team collaboration—perfect for someone who enjoys both details and people. If you’re organized, relational, and energized by helping teams run smoothly, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Responsible For Projects that stay on track - Projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll help track schedules, manage expenses, and support the overall project plan. Systems that actually work - The systems and tools used by the Campus Development team are organized, up-to-date, and used consistently—making everyone’s job easier. Strong relationships are built across teams - You’ll collaborate with other ministries and departments, strengthening trust and communication along the way. Volunteers feel supported and well-led - Volunteer teams are recruited, organized, and developed in a way that sets them up for success and meaningful contribution. Experience & Expectations Experience recruiting and/or overseeing volunteers Active participation in the life of the church Willingness to occasionally work Sundays, holidays, and special events as needed Commitment to spiritual growth, accountability, and a healthy team culture Ability to adhere to church policies, ethics, and child/youth safety guidelines This role involves a mix of standing and sitting and regular participation in ministry events.
