OVERVIEW

Ameridian Pacific College, a leading self-paced online career college based in British Columbia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Director to oversee the daily operations and academic success of the institution. This leadership role is critical in ensuring a productive, student-focused environment while maintaining high standards in education delivery, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational leadership, operational management, budgeting, and teaching. Familiarity with post-secondary administrative systems and a passion for inclusive, flexible learning models is essential. Experience working with the Putty system is required to ensure smooth backend and data access operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a leadership or administrative role within a post-secondary or educational setting.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills, including experience managing institutional budgets.
  • Teaching experience is highly desirable; knowledge of curriculum development is an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Putty system and experience with secure system access and backend tasks.
  • Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities with a commitment to staff development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Analytical skills to assess institutional data and drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of campus operations, including academic programming, admissions, student support services, and facilities.
  • Oversee and strategically manage the campus budget, ensuring financial decisions align with institutional priorities.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty and staff; support professional development and cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Work with instructors to improve curriculum delivery, integrate modern teaching practices, and boost student engagement and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and community partners to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor student performance data and implement improvement strategies where needed.
  • Ensure full compliance with PTIB and other regulatory standards, maintaining a safe, accessible, and equitable campus.
  • Utilize Putty system to manage secure access for data operations, internal system tasks, and backend troubleshooting.
