REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in a related field, such as business, management, etc.
  • 10+ years of achieving operational and financial goals in complex organization.
  • Good at financial planning, budget & expense control.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Progressively responsible people and administrative leadership.
  • Excellent in English. Ability in other languages such as Punjabi, Mandarin will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership for the Vancouver campus, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
  • Apply strong business acumen and a solid understanding of global economic and immigration trends to develop strategic decision-making and implement long-term growth.
  • Achieve established targets related to financial performance, student enrollment, and student retention.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with government bodies, industry partners, academic institutions, and Vancouver’s diverse communities.
  • Actively engage with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and employers to foster a vibrant and inclusive learning environment.
  • Lead the development of institutional partnerships, including linkage agreements, MOUs, and articulation arrangements (e.g., pathway, block, and transfer credit programs).
  • Establish and promote employee professional development initiatives to support continuous learning and career progression.
  • Represent the institution at internal and external events, ensuring visibility and engagement in key forums.
  • Collaborate with admissions team, recruitment agencies and partners to support the growth of international student enrollment.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and project management to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
