What You’ll Own This role goes far beyond traditional education leadership. You will be responsible for the overall success and financial health of the campus, including: * Full ownership of campus P&L, budgeting, and financial performance * Driving results across enrollment, retention, training, and job placement * Leading and developing a team of department heads and staff * Creating a culture of accountability, performance, and student success * Ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies and state/federal regulations * Identifying growth opportunities and executing local market strategies * Building relationships with employers to support strong placement outcomes * Partnering with corporate leadership to align on strategy and performance goals What We’re Looking For * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 8+ years of leadership experience in business operations, education, or a performance-driven environment * Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and overall business performance * Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve results * A hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and tactically Preferred: * Experience in workforce development, career training, or transportation * Familiarity with compliance and government-funded programs What We Offer * Competitive salary starting at $115,000+ (based on experience) * Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) * 401(k) with employer match * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * Supplemental benefits * Company-paid Long-Term Disability (LTD) Why This Role Matters This is a true ownership role.
